Mireille started her professional carrier in 2005 facing the most critical Lebanese situation.


Challenging the economical issues and political controversies, she gave birth to the most popular and luxurious Argentinean steak house, La Parilla. That was her first indisputable success in the catering field.

Triggered by her generosity, interior decorating talents and passion for cooking, Mireille pursued her catering innovations in 2009 with the launching of Yasmina, introducing the Indian fusion cuisine in the most refined atmosphere.
In 2011 she stunned the world of Oriental cuisine with Emm Sherif , raising once again the scale of perfection to the highest level.

Managing her time appropriately, Mireille is the one “woman” show.
She creates the concept, personally decorates it, follows up with every single detail, cooks, tastes and the most important of all, she always finds the quality time for her family and friends.

Mireille fought hard for each of her great achievements.
